70 1/2 was the first year of 2nd generation Camaro. It brought a whole new agressive look and was complete change from its 1st generation sister. Here we have a beautiful 1970 1/2 camaro that we will be doing a total restoration, with a bit of modification, A resto mod if you will.
This is the rare, “split bumper” version of the 1970 1/2 Chevy Camaro. That means the front bumper is “split”, and not full. The car was sitting in the owners garage for about 30 years before he brought it in to let us work our magic. Starting with an all original sheet metal car, we repaired minor frame rust and a few small holes in the floor, and then really got to work.
